- Necessary to survive the hours and stress of the business; IB hours can be anywhere from 80 to 100 hours a week

- Analysis must be completed and presented at a much higher standard than most people are used to

- Very important since your managers are your “clients” in a way, and attitude goes a long way to being well-liked
- Organized
- Good communicator
- Strong at prioritizing deliverables
- Intellectually curious: ask the right questions
